Join Complete Immigration Solutions LLC as a Bilingual Immigration Paralegal, where your expertise in both English and Spanish will make a significant impact on our clients' immigration journeys. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about helping others navigate the complexities of immigration law.

Responsibilities:

We're looking for someone who possesses the knowledge of procedural requirements for Removal Defense, Asylum, Petition Filing, NVC Review, Consular Interview and Naturalization.

Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications.

Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for case preparation.

Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.

Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Assist in client interviews and represent the firm at immigration-related hearings.

Stay informed on changes in immigration laws and procedures.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a legal or immigration-related field.

2+ years of experience as a paralegal in immigration law.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication skills.

Proficient in legal research and case management software.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of immigration processes and procedures is preferred.

Positive attitude and a commitment to client service.
