Bilingual Infant Lead Teacher – Full Time
Location: Farmington, MI Compensation: $17.00 per hour (based on experience & credentials)

We incorporate Spanish and sign language into our classrooms to encourage communication from the very start. We’re seeking a passionate, bilingual Lead Infant Teacher who loves working with children and wants to create a safe, engaging environment for infants.
Role Overview
This role is perfect for a nurturing, detail-oriented educator ready to make a lasting impact on our youngest learners. As the Lead Infant Teacher, you’ll care for children ages 6 weeks to 12 months, lead curriculum-based activities, and support a warm, bilingual learning environment.
Responsibilities
Provide consistent, loving care to infants including feeding, diapering, and comfort.
Create age-appropriate lesson plans that support sensory, motor, and early communication development.
Maintain open communication with parents through daily updates and developmental progress reports.
Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and classroom floaters.
Ensure safety standards and licensing guidelines are followed at all times.
Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and nurturing environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in infant care within a licensed center.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
