Hybrid Bilingual Inside Sales Agent This position is only for fantastic salespeople who can both sell legal services and cultivate new relationships. We provide training in what you need to know to best help clients, and for the right person, this will be a highly rewarding position, personally, professionally, and financially. The salesperson doesn’t give legal advice, so a legal experience is not required. Prior sales and customer service experience is required because we can teach you about the family law process. Must be a strong closure for this position. Responsibilities: • Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored legal service solutions. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. • Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with a diverse client base, enhancing accessibility and understanding. • Track and manage sales activities using our CRM system to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on legal service offerings and sales techniques. • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the team. Qualifications: • Experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets. • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, enhancing client engagement and understanding. • Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery. • Experience using CRM systems for tracking and managing sales activities, ensuring accurate reporting. • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer tailored solutions to meet client needs. • Willingness to participate in ongoing training to stay updated on legal service offerings and sales techniques. Compensation: $55,500 - $75,000 + bonuses
