Inside Sales/Control Center - Scaffold Company

** Job Summary:**
As an Inside Sales / Control Center, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers. This fast-paced role requires a forward-thinking individual who can effectively manage phone sales, handle walk-in traffic, and coordinate daily operations. You will be responsible for managing dispatch activities with the yard and shop, including tracking inventory needs, ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.

** Key Responsibilities:**

• ** Sales:** Actively engage in phone sales and manage walk-in customer inquiries, providing product information, quotes, and closing sales.
• ** Dispatch & Inventory Management: Coordinate dispatch activities between the sales, yard, and shop teams, ensuring accurate order fulfillment and managing inventory needs.**
• ** Customer Service:** Build and maintain strong customer relationships, offering solutions and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• ** Coordination:** Communicate and coordinate effectively between all departments to ensure smooth operations and timely project completion.
• ** Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory movements using our system.
• ** Problem Solving:** Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues and operational challenges quickly and efficiently.

** Requirements:**

• ** Experience:** Minimum of 2 years of sales experience required.
• ** Industry Knowledge:** A construction background is required to understand our products and customer needs effectively.
• ** Language Skills:** English and Spanish proficiency required (bilingual).
• ** Skills:**
