We are seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team! This is an entry-level position for anyone looking to start a career, with a proven record of success selling, closing sales, and meeting weekly/monthly goals.

Responsibilities:
Agents have the opportunity to sell a variety of insurance products, including auto, motorcycle, SR-22, home, renters, commercial, and more. This variety allows you to grow your knowledge and increase earning potential.
Details:
Starting pay is $18 Hourly pay plus commission without a license
$20/hour pay plus commission with a license.
Bi-weekly and monthly bonus compensation
Present and sell auto insurance policies and services to new and existing customers.
Prospect and contact potential customers via phone, email, and in-person.
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments.
We will help train for license for new agents.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields. (Such as outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas required.
Ability to build rapport with customers.
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, reading, and listening.
People-oriented.
Self-motivated.
Ability to multi-task.
Deadline and detail oriented.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
Education and Background:
previous sales experience, or a current Broker's license.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-7:00PM Saturday 9:00AM-5:00PM
