What You'll Do

Work with warm inbound leads and live call transfers

Quote and sell auto, home, renters, and other insurance products

Build relationships with clients and identify their insurance needs

Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline

Cross-sell additional products, including life insurance

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact to policy issuance

Manage leads and activity through our CRM system

Assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service needs

What We're Looking For

Bilingual in Korean or Spanish preferred

Sales, customer service, retail, banking, or relationship-building experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset

Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and in person

Coachable and eager to learn

Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License (guidance provided)
