Responsibilities: Please note that this is a sales position! • Establish and nurture long-term client relationships built on trust • Assess individual financial needs and recommend customized insurance solutions • Offer a suite of products including life insurance, retirement planning, and legacy strategies • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and local community outreach • Convert leads into loyal clients by demonstrating the real-world value of our offerings • Stay current on industry trends and maintain compliance with all regulations Qualifications: Please note that this is a sales position! • Passion for helping others and building a purpose-driven career • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A self-motivated, goal-oriented mindset with strong follow-through • Prior sales or financial services experience is a plus, but not required • Willingness to obtain a state Life and Health license (fully sponsored training available) Compensation: $90,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
