    Position Overview

    A major Japanese company on the West Coast is seeking a motivated Account Executive to join their growing team. This role focuses on business development, client relationship management, and providing customized solutions to corporate clients.

    This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy communication, sales, and relationship building. Industry experience is not required, and career changers are welcome.

    This is a fully remote position. **Travel required: Approximately 2–4 times per month for client meetings and business visits.

    Responsibilities

    Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and client meetings

    Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

    Provide solution-based proposals tailored to client needs

    Manage and grow assigned client accounts

    Coordinate with internal teams and overseas counterparts as needed

    Maintain CRM activity records and sales pipelines

    Conduct online and onsite client presentations and meetings

    Achieve KPI and sales targets established by management

    Requirements

    Business-level English required

    Japanese bilingual or Spanish bilingual

    Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

    2+ years of B2B or corporate sales experience preferred

    Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

    Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset

    Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment

    Valid driver’s license preferred

    Preferred Qualifications

    Experience in sales, account management, or client-facing roles

    Experience working in multicultural or bilingual environments

    Strong presentation and problem-solving skills

    Industry experience is a plus but not required

    Location: West Coast / Remote-Friendly Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: 50K-55K + Commission Eligible *Commission: 15% of Gross Profit
