We are seeking a Bilingual Junior Communications Coordinator (English/Spanish) to support the development and delivery of internal and external communications. Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing written communications, such as announcements, talking points, presentations, and printed materials in both English and Spanish
Translate documents and materials to ensure bilingual accessibility
Support internal communication efforts, including staff updates, memos, and event information
Help coordinate event logistics and represent the brand at community outreach events
Respond to inquiries from clients, team members, and the public in a timely and professional manner
Organize communication records and ensure consistency in messaging
Qualifications
High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or related field preferred
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working in a team and interacting with the public
