    Job Summary

    We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassador to join our team! In this role, you will promote our products and services and act as the face of our brand. Your responsibilities will include being a spokesperson for the company at tradeshows and events, networking with potential customers, and using social media to share information. The ideal candidate is a fundraising NINJA with solid marketing skills and a friendly personality.

    Responsibilities

    Supports the expansion of donors and their commitments by sharing BilingualKIDS mission during key events that strengthen ties to the communities served.

    Create, lead, manage and mentor a team of volunteers in supporting non-profit organization fundraising. Be directly hands-on in facilitating and driving major donor contributions.

    Cultivates and builds trusted relationships with a portfolio of current, lapsed, and prospective donors and corporate partners to generate new and increased giving.

    Collaborates with regional chairs to identify and cultivate high-capacity donors and cultivates relationships with the employers of regional volunteers that might emerge as giving partners.

    Advises and leads regional chairs in their designated region by attending and inviting influential community and business leaders to local events.

    Assists in building partnerships with local companies to provide an ongoing stream of volunteers and/or scholarship sponsorships.

    Provide program updates to organization leadership.

    Finds creative ways to thank, recognize, and engage donors and corporate sponsors.

    Lead fundraising activities including larger scale annual fundraising banquets, ‘Fun-Runs’, et cetera

    Create content about our products and post on multiple social media platforms

    Monitor and respond to online reviews of our products and services

    Attend tradeshows and act as a spokesperson on behalf of the company

    Network and develop relationships with potential and existing customers

    Use word-of-mouth marketing to increase brand awareness

    Assist the marketing team in organizing events

    Qualifications

    Previous experience as a Fundraiser, or a similar position is preferred

    Experience creating engaging online content and a strong social media presence

    Familiarity with social media management and scheduling systems such as Hootsuite

    An engaging, friendly disposition
