Job description:
As a Territory Lead, you will assist your Territory Manager in training new hires and on-going training of existing merchandisers, completing primary stores, and working as a “floater” to fill in at stores uncovered by other merchandisers.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Merchandise primary stores – these stores will be designated by your TM and are your main source of Pack Out hours. You will merchandise your primary stores weekly based on delivery schedule.
Train new representatives and ensure Standard Operating Procedure and Scope of Work are adhered to; including dress code, badges, sign in/out procedures, accurate reporting. (See Goya Protocol for Standard Operating Procedures/Scope of Work).
Mentor, audit, train, and evaluate field representatives in your territory and communicate any issues to your Territory Manager.
Travel to and merchandise any stores not covered by assigned field representative, acting as a backup in case of call outs, on an as-needed basis determined by your Territory Manager.
Address any client or store-level concerns and remedy any issues.
