Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • High school diploma required; some college or a degree preferred. • At least 1 year of office experience (legal setting preferred but not required for the right candidate). • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, courteous demeanor. • Excellent organization and multitasking skills; able to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. • Reliable, punctual, and a self‑starter who can take ownership of tasks. • Comfortable working directly with clients and delivering strong customer service. • Tech‑savvy and confident using MAC OS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and data entry in CRM/CMS systems. • Familiarity with multi‑line phone systems and office equipment. • Experience in estate planning, probate, or working in a small law firm is a plus.
