This position does not require prior experience in a law firm; however, a strong background in customer service is essential. The successful candidate(s) will handle intake calls, assist clients in the office, and provide comprehensive administrative support. is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
Client Intake: Efficiently manage intake calls, gather pertinent information, and assist potential clients in understanding our services.
Client Assistance: Provide a professional and welcoming environment for clients by greeting and assisting them in the office.
Administrative Support: Deliver general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and staff, both verbally and in writing.
Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for attorneys.
Document Preparation: Assist in preparing legal documents, correspondence, and other materials as required.
Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish.
Customer Service Experience: Extensive experience in customer service with outstanding interpersonal skills.
Communication Skills: Superior verbal and written communication abilities.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Technology Proficiency: Proficiency with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
