    Our growing legal document preparation office in Riverside is seeking a dedicated, professional, and client-focused Legal Document Assistant (LDA) / Paralegal to join our team.     Responsibilities

    Assist clients with legal document preparation and case management.

    Prepare, review, and process legal documents in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

    Maintain client files and case records.

    Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and government agencies.

    Provide exceptional customer service and client support.

    Perform general administrative and office duties as needed.

    Preferred Experience

    Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable:

    Family Law

    Wills and Living Trusts

    Probate

    Guardianships

    Conservatorships

    Positions may be filled at the entry-level, intermediate, or advanced level, depending on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience. While prior experience in the areas listed above is preferred, we welcome applications from motivated candidates who meet the educational requirements and are eager to learn and grow with our organization.

    Qualifications

    Certificate in Paralegal Studies, Associate Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or higher education in Paralegal Studies or a related field.

    Fluent in Spanish and English (speaking, reading, and writing required).

    Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

    Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Reliable, professional, detail-oriented, and highly responsible.

    Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team environment.

    Current California Notary Public commission is highly desirable.
