We are actively looking for a Bilingual (Spanish) Receptionist with a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or reception by phone. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome visitors to our office • Efficiently manage and route phone calls • Organize incoming and outgoing mail, including scanning and filing paperwork • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the office space • Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels • Assist in arranging travel bookings for the team • Uphold the firm's positive and professional image • Display exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills • Take charge of keeping the office welcoming and presentable • Collaborate closely with team members to ensure seamless operations Qualifications: • Fluency in Spanish is a mandatory requirement for this role; fluency in Spanish is non-negotiable • A minimum of 2 years of experience in receptionist or customer service positions involving phone communication is essential • Background in hospitality or sales is considered advantageous for this role • Strong communication skills are necessary to create positive initial impressions with diverse individuals • Proficiency with internet tools, Microsoft Office products, calendars, and video conference software is required, along with excellent attention to detail • A competitive spirit and the drive to surpass personal and professional objectives are highly valued • Ability to work effectively in a high-energy, rapidly growing environment through collaborative efforts • Friendly and patient telephone etiquette is a fundamental requirement • Responsibilities include answering and directing calls, welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, managing office tasks, and handling mail • Must exhibit the ability to prioritize and efficiently manage multiple calls and tasks • Attention to detail can be demonstrated by emailing your favorite ice-cream flavor after applying for the position Compensation: $30,000 - $38,000 yearly
