Responsibilities: • Support the front-end mortgage pre-approval process by gathering and verifying necessary documentation. • Coordinate with clients to provide updates and answer inquiries, fostering a positive customer experience. • Collaborate with the marketing team to drive initiatives that enhance brand visibility and client engagement. • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies. • Prepare and review loan applications for completeness and accuracy before submission. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups to keep the team on track and informed. • Gather initial documentation and fully pre-qualify a borrower • Strong program and guideline knowledge to be able to find a solution for tough loans. Qualifications: • Experience in the mortgage industry, with a focus on qualifying and pre-approval procedures. • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish, enhancing client interactions and support. • Proven track record of maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and coordinate schedules effectively. • Ability to collaborate with marketing teams to drive brand visibility and client engagement. • Proficiency in using mortgage software and tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency. • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with clients and team members alike. Compensation: $70,000+ yearly DOE plus bonus
