· 2 or more years’ experience working in a Team Lead/Lead capacity for warehouse and/or production.

· Must speak and understand English, Spanish a plus.

· Must be able to lead by example.

· Must be able to effectively communicate in writing and verbally both internally and externally.

· Must be able to handle multiple priorities at one time and effectively work cross-functionally.

· Candidate must have a commitment to continually learn more (including technology).

· Must be able to effectively train employees in the production process.

· Experience with basic office equipment and MS Office.

· Must be able to work effectively with multiple priorities at one time and work cross functionally.

· Knowledge of Audits and SOP designs.

· Experience with completing forms, thoroughly, accurately and with frequency throughout each day

· Ability to frequently lift 20 to 50lbs .

· Ability to stand/walk for up to a 10-hour shift, over time based on business needs.

· Must be able to constantly twist, bend, carry, balance, push, pull, reach overhead, and stoop.

· Must be able to follow standard operating/work methods and practice safe work habits.

· Must be able to work in a variety of temperatures.

· All plant positions are required to stand, practice frequent motion of extremities and withstand exposure to heat and cold for extended periods of time.
