    We are seeking a customer-focused Bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to join a top-producing team! This individual will support the team in delivering exceptional service to clients throughout the loan process, from prequalification to closing. The ideal candidate will have expertise in working with borrowers, including running credit, assessing income, and utilizing LP and DU systems. NMLS license is preferred but not required. Responsibilities include collecting initial documentation, organizing a complete file for submission to Processing, and structuring and structuring loans to fit the client's needs. Responsibilities: • Assist the Loan Officer in completing loan applications, following up on leads, setting up initial files, and managing files from beginning to end • Take applications, gather necessary documentation, structure loans, and prepare files for review by the Loan Officer within 48 hours of receiving the file • Ensure that files are ready for accurate disclosure and submission to processing with all initial documents once the loan is under contract • Exceptional organization and customer service skills • Ability to build trust and rapport with internal and external customers • Expert-level familiarity with all loan programs and guidelines • Maintain constant communication with borrowers, real estate agents, and clients throughout the loan process Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry is ideal • Bilingual preferred but not required • Preferred to have an NMLS license, and the candidate must be willing to pursue licensing if not already licensed • Ability to support a top producer and manage a high volume of leads and files is essential • Excellent organizational skills, adept at multitasking, and capable of prioritizing tasks effectively • Strong preference for experience with Encompass software • Proficient in running LP and DU, with the ability to pre-qualify clients and organize loan files • Positive attitude, team player, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service • Motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, displaying grit and determination • In-depth knowledge of various loan programs and a strong understanding of guidelines • Skilled in creatively structuring loan scenarios based on clients' best interests Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE + competitive bonus structure
