Our lending team is looking for a licensed loan officer (Spanish-speaking) to be part of a team actively doing business, in a salaried role. We are looking for one of two types of applicants: • A licensed loan officer looking for the ability to make $100,000 + by being a key team member for an active team. Responsibilities: • Gather financial information to assist with loan applications, prepare loan files, and assess applicants’ financial situation and eligibility • Create personal relationships with loan applicants - offer additional information and answer questions about home mortgage products • Review options with senior loan officer/ MLO to make a recommendation of which home loan product to recommend based on the applicant’s financial status • Liaise between realtors, senior MLO / mortgage loan originator, underwriter, mortgage lenders or mortgage bankers, and loan processors on behalf of the applicant as needed to assure the loan transaction is successful Qualifications: • Exceptional communications, sales, relationship, and MS Office skills are necessary • Familiarity with home mortgage program guidelines and various types of loans such as FHA, commercial loans, VA, etc is beneficial, but not require • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. • Proficiency in using loan origination software and other financial tools to streamline the loan process. Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 yearly
