🔥 What You’ll Do

Be the go-to person for your assigned drivers: dispatch, track, support, and keep them moving

Book loads, manage scheduled, and negotiate rates with brokers like a pro

Communicate constantly: updates, follow ups, and check in with clients

Tackle problems head on: delays, accessorials, customer needs—you’ll keep things running smoothly

Use CRM & dispatch software to stay organized, efficient, and in control

Collaborate with departments like Safety, Accounting, And Marketing

🧠 What You Bring

Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required

Prior office experience – Required (logistics a plus!)

Great attitude, honesty, and strong communication & people skills

Proven customer service experience

Confident under pressure— thrives on action

Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy

Comfortable with Excel and dispatch/tracking tools

A fast learner with a “let’s make it happen” mindset
