Assist in resolving discrepancies and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide support in preparing shipping documentation and invoices.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and customer service.
Language:
English is required, Chinese/Mandarin is recommended.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics or business preferred.
1-3 years of experience in customer service or logistics environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude.
Knowledge of shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
Fluent in Chinese.
