We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to out overnight shift. The ideal candidate will have strong industrial maintenance experience, preferably in packaging and pharmaceutical environments. Bililngual English and Spanish required.

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 10:00 PM – 5:45 AM
Pay: $28.00 - $30.24/hour

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Perform minor electrical duties (voltage checks, continuity checks, replacement of components)
• Disassemble, repair, and replace malfunctioning machinery parts
• Maintain and repair industrial production and processing equipment
• Perform and document preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor belts
• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace bearings and electric motors
• Assemble machinery using hand and pneumatic power tools
• Request necessary mechanical and electrical parts
• Work independently and in a team environment
• Maintain a positive attitude toward learning and adapting to change
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required
• 5+ years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic in a packaging environment
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
• Ability to read mechanical diagrams, blueprints, and schematics
• Experience with AC/DC motors, PLC systems, and machinery installation
• Knowledge of pumps, hydraulic, pneumatic, welding, and electronic systems
• Forklift experience required
• Experience repairing industrial pharmaceutical equipment preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
• Use of ladders, including climbing ladders over 10 feet high
• Perform maintenance on rooftop air conditioning systems and humidifiers

Typical Work Conditions:

• Exposure to electric circuits up to 480 volts
• Regular exposure to dust and noise in production areas
