We are seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual English and Spanish Maintenance Planner with strong Excel skills and CMM experience to join our Operations team. This role supports maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation for production and facility equipment.
Shift: Day Shift (Primarily office-based; must be flexible as needed)
Pay: $26.00 per hour
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Perform technical writing and planning of maintenance assignments
- Create and update schematics and engineering drawings
- Use CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) to prepare BOMs, job plans, spare parts identification, and related documentation
- Develop daily work schedules in CMMS to support preventive, predictive, and planned maintenance
- Audit assignments and resources to ensure repair schedules and performance standards are met
- Manage documentation including work orders, change orders, and approvals
- Maintain accurate plant equipment records within CMMS
- Ensure all labor hours, materials, and procedural updates are properly recorded and closed in a timely manner
- Communicate with management regarding parts, inventory levels, and work order requirements
- Schedule inspections, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and validation assessments
- Coordinate maintenance project workload
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Mechanical/Electrical background required (technical school or apprenticeship preferred)
- Strong Excel skills required
- Experience working with CMM required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation
- Strong knowledge of maintenance processes, planning, scheduling, and storeroom systems
- Ability to estimate labor hours, materials, and skills required for job completion
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams
