Bilingual Material Handling Supervisor

Location: Miramar, FL

Pay: $20.00/hour

Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

            2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Material Handling Supervisor to lead our morning shift operations. This role is essential for managing inventory movement, ensuring raw materials and finished goods are accurately stored and delivered within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead material handling team members

• Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and packaging components

• Maintain real-time inventory accuracy using ERP systems

• Ensure all materials are labeled and stored according to GMP guidelines

• Coordinate with production, quality, and warehouse departments

• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards across the work area

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in material handling/logistics

• Experience in pharmaceutical or FDA-regulated industry preferred

• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and material traceability

• High School Diploma or GED – required

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Ability to lift 70 lbs and stand for extended periods
