    About the Role

    We’re looking for a Medical Assistant (MA) to support our clinical team in delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. This role combines hands-on clinical responsibilities with administrative support to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care.

    What You’ll Do

    Prepare patients for visits, including vital signs and health history

    Assist providers with exams, procedures, and point-of-care testing

    Perform tasks such as injections, screenings, ECGs, and specimen handling

    Document patient information accurately in the EHR

    Support follow-ups, referrals, and prior authorizations

    Provide patient education and assist with care coordination

    Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and equipment

    Participate in team huddles, meetings, and community outreach

    Ensure patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

    Schedule Expectations

    Full-time position with at least one evening per week

    What You Bring

    Bilingual English/Spanish required

    Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (CAAHEP or ABHES)

    Current or eligible MA certification in Pennsylvania

    CPR certification required

    2–3 years of clinical experience preferred

    Experience in community or public health (preferred)
