Responsibilities: • Client Communication: Interact with clients, realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure smooth and timely transactions. • Loan Management: Monitor the loan process, ensuring term conformity, regulatory compliance, and a high level of accuracy. • Program Expertise: Communicate a thorough understanding of various loan programs and closing costs to help clients make informed decisions. • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community to retain and attract new business. • Pipeline Management: Oversee a pipeline of loans, ensuring production goals are met (minimum of 4 closed loans per month). Qualifications: What We’re Looking For: • Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer or similar role with a strong track record of success. • Bilingual: Fluent in Spanish and English (required). • Licensing: Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS Registration not required but is a plus. • Technical Skills: Familiarity with loan origination software (e.g., Experian, Calyx, LendingWise) and Office Suite. • Knowledgeable: Expertise in FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/adjustable, bridge, non-conforming loans, FNMA/FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit. • Self-Starter: Ability to manage your time effectively in a remote work environment. Compensation: $45,000 - $80,000 + yearly
