    We are looking for a Spanish-speaking attorney who enjoys connecting with people and helping families understand important legal issues. This role is unique. The attorney will serve as the voice of our firm for the Spanish-speaking community, helping families learn about estate planning, probate, guardianship, and other legal matters that impact their lives and their future. The attorney will participate in Spanish-language television segments, community events, and consultations with Spanish-speaking families who are looking for guidance. Many families simply want someone who can explain the law in a way that makes sense and helps them feel comfortable planning for the future. While the attorney will collaborate with our legal team, the primary focus of this role is educating the community, building relationships, and helping families feel confident about the legal decisions they are making. This position is structured as an Of Counsel independent contractor role, with the opportunity to grow alongside our firm as we expand our outreach within the Spanish-speaking community. Responsibilities: • Serve as a warm and trusted voice for the firm within the Spanish-speaking community • Participate in Spanish-language television segments discussing legal topics that affect families • Meet with Spanish-speaking families for consultations and help them understand their options • Explain legal concepts in a way that is clear, simple, and easy to understand • Represent the firm at community events, workshops, and outreach initiatives • Build relationships within the community and help families feel comfortable seeking legal guidance • Work closely with our legal team to ensure clients receive excellent service • Help educate families about planning for the future and protecting what matters most to them Qualifications: • Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar • Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written) • Experience with estate planning, probate, guardianship, elder law, or related areas • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable speaking in front of audiences or appearing on television or video • Ability to explain legal issues in a clear and simple way • Professional, personable, and approachable demeanor • Passion for helping families and serving the community Preferred (Not Required): • Experience speaking at seminars, workshops, or community presentations • Experience working with the Hispanic community in South Florida • Medicaid planning experience Compensation: $90,000 – $160,000+ yearly
