    Full-time and part-time available! We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Assistant to support our recruiting efforts and help attract top talent to our growing team. In this role, you will manage job postings, screen incoming resumes, coordinate candidate communication, and conduct initial interviews on behalf of the Partner. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every applicant while helping the Partner make informed hiring decisions. What We Offer • Opportunities for professional development and growth • Meaningful work contributing to the success of a respected firm • Supportive team culture and mentorship from experienced leadership Benefits: • 401(k) • Health, vision, and dental insurance Responsibilities: • Post and maintain job listings across multiple platforms and job boards • Review and screen incoming applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit and interest • Schedule and coordinate interviews with the Partner and other hiring team members • Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system • Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process • Assist with recruitment marketing initiatives and outreach campaigns • Provide administrative support to the Partner as needed, including preparing reports or candidate summaries Qualifications: • Bilingual - Vietnamese • Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Proficient in Microsoft software and basic HR software tools Compensation: $15 - $18 hourly
