    Contract: 12/01/2025 11/30/2026

    Pay: $19.50 -$21.03 hourly, paid weekly.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bilingual Operations Specialist to join our Corporate Accounts Payable (CAP) organization, supporting the Payee Operations Team. This position is responsible for executing and supporting operational processes related to payee setup, maintenance, and data accuracy across multiple regions. You will play a key role in resolving complex issues, processing payee transactions, maintaining compliance documentation, and ensuring timely communication between internal teams and external partners. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or shared services environments, possess strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin Chinese, and demonstrate exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Submit, review, and approve payee records across multiple international regions.
    • Manage and respond to inquiries in the payee mailbox from internal business partners and external vendors.
    • Process new W-8 forms and submit change requests accurately and on time.
    • Perform data entry for daily operational reports and monitor related queues.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth payee setup and maintenance processes.
    • Support projects related to vendor deactivations, compliance validation, and data integrity.
    • Research and resolve complex issues, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

    Required Qualifications

    • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken, written, and typed).
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Accounts Payable experience, preferably within a shared service or corporate finance environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and working knowledge of SAP, Appian, and Oracle preferred.

    Working Conditions:

    • May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels, such as from office equipment.
    • The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
