Qualifications: • • Proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. • Minimum of 2 + years of experience working in a law firm, demonstrating a strong understanding of legal processes. • Experience in managing case files from intake through trial, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Ability to draft legal documents and organize evidence to assist attorneys in court preparation. • Proven track record of conducting thorough legal research to support case strategies. • Strong organizational skills to maintain a detailed calendar of court dates, deadlines, and appointments. • Ability to collaborate with a legal team to develop case strategies and identify areas for improvement effectively. • An associate's degree is required • Strong command of the English language (written and verbal) • Strong ability to review and analyze legal and medical documents • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic computer systems Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000 depending upon experience
