Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling to ensure seamless clinic operations. • Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate patient care plans and ensure comprehensive service delivery. • Assist in managing patient records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all documentation. • Support the front desk team in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming clinic environment. • Work closely with the Director of Operations to implement process improvements and enhance patient experiences. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. • Bilingual in English & Spanish. • Keen attention to detail to complete operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care tasks • Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: healthcare, chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, or naturopathic medicine. Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
