Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Responsibilities: • Oversee all systems directly related to patient care, and work with the Director of Operations to implement best practices and ensure consistency for employees and patients throughout Vida clinic locations. • Work in tandem with the Clinic Managers to ensure front desk and customer service practices are running efficiently and accurately. • Ensure the best possible patient experience through the management and training of support team members. Qualifications: • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role. • Possess keen attention to detail to complete clinic operational audits, insurance billing, and patient care coordination tasks. • Have the proven ability to provide leadership and a supportive presence to our providers, clinic staff, and patients. • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in any of the following settings: chiropractic, physical therapy, acupuncture, massage, naturopathic, and other healthcare settings. Compensation: $24 - $30 hourly
