Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager ($60-75K)

Plaintiff, Personal Injury Law Firm has an opening for an experienced Bilingual (English and Spanish) Case Manager, working in Pre-Litigation.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of experience working with all facets of a Pre-Litigation case.

Job Duties:

· Assist the Attorney with new client intake

· Open new claims with the Insurance Adjuster

· Monitor client’s medical treatments

· Gather evidence: medical records, bills, police report, photos, etc.

· Prepare the Demand through a template for the Attorney’s review

· Assist with lien reductions when necessary

Case Managers must have excellent customer service skills, be dependable, be compassionate, be detail oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

This is a full-time position, with excellent benefits including Health, Dental, 401K, Life Insurance, PTO and paid holidays. Salary will range between $60-75K (DOE) with a bonus plan.
