Innovative Physical Therapy is seeking a Bilingual Physical Therapy Technician (Spanish/English) to join our growing outpatient team in Baltimore, MD.

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Technician, you'll play a key role in supporting both our patients and clinicians by:
Assisting Physical Therapists with patient care and exercise instruction
Demonstrating therapeutic exercises under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
Providing exceptional customer service to every patient and visitor
Preparing treatment areas and maintaining a clean, organized clinic
Applying hot and cold therapy as directed
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting with front desk responsibilities
Filing patient documentation and completing other administrative tasks
Assisting with patient transportation when needed
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for helping people improve their health and quality of life
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional customer service
Team-oriented with a positive, energetic attitude
Interest in physical therapy or a future healthcare career preferred
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and remain active throughout the shift
Must be at least 18 years old

$16.00-$19.00 per hour
