    Are you an experienced leader looking to grow your career in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment? We are seeking a Production Team Lead for our night shift who can guide, motivate, and support a team while ensuring smooth and efficient operations in our stone fabrication shop.

    Industry experience is a plus — but NOT required. If you have strong leadership skills, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with your team to achieve daily goals, we are ready to train you in our processes and equipment.

    This position is for the Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM).

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and coordinate nightly production activities for cutting, polishing, edging, and fabrication processes.

    Assign tasks and manage schedules for fabricators, CNC operators, polishers, and helpers.

    Ensure production goals, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.

    Learn and oversee the operation of CNC machines, bridge saws, routers, and hand tools (training provided).

    Coach, mentor, and guide team members on safety procedures and best practices.

    Inspect completed workpieces for accuracy and finish quality.

    Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment using 5S/lean principles.

    Collaborate with project managers, CAD team, and install coordinators to ensure job readiness.

    Track materials and inventory needs and coordinate restocking.

    Communicate nightly production results, attendance issues, and concerns to management.

    Requirements:

    Strong leadership experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, Crew Leader, or similar roles)

    Manufacturing, warehouse, or construction experience preferred, but not required

    Ability to learn stone fabrication equipment and techniques

    Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

    Ability to read work orders and production instructions (training provided for shop drawings)

    Understanding of safety practices (OSHA knowledge is a plus)

    Bilingual in Spanish – Required

    Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a fast-paced environment

    Willingness to work Night Shift (7 PM – 7 AM)

    Work Environment:

    Shop floor environment; may be exposed to dust, noise, water, and stone particles.

    Use of PPE required (gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, etc.)

    Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift.
