About the Role:

Willow Insurance Group Inc is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Bilingual Property/Casualty Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Des Plaines, IL. This is an exciting opportunity to build meaningful client relationships while leveraging your bilingual skills in a dynamic, fast-paced insurance environment. Responsibilities:

Manage and service a book of personal and/or commercial property & casualty insurance accounts

Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish to address coverage questions, policy changes, and renewals

Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy documentation accurately and efficiently

Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow the agency's book of business

Liaise between clients and insurance carriers to resolve claims, billing issues, and coverage concerns

Maintain accurate client records and activity logs within agency management systems

Provide exceptional customer service to retain existing clients and support new business development

Requirements:

Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required

Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance Producer License preferred or required

2+ years of experience in P&C insurance account management or a related role

Familiarity with personal lines, commercial lines, or both

Proficiency with agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, or similar)

Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
