Position Overview:

Colorado has the 4th highest number of hail events in the nation, however, there is a small number of public adjusters within the market. As a Public Adjuster, you will be responsible for handling property damage claims, making adjustments, and working with insurance carriers. Daily tasks include assessing property damage, documenting and filing claims, canvassing residential and commercial businesses, and ensuring timely resolution of claims. Our team is in search for a bilingual candidate who is willing to help the Greater Denver Area. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in gaining experience in sales while making a meaningful impact on the lives of homeowners.

Responsibilities :

• Utilize provided leads to engage with homeowners who may need assistance with insurance claims, especially Spanish-speaking households.
• Educate homeowners on their rights and options for maximizing their insurance settlements.
• Canvass neighborhoods and small businesses to help aid insurable claims
• Conduct property inspections to assess damages, documenting evidence accurately.
• Review insurance policies, explaining coverage terms and exclusions.
• Advocate for homeowners with insurance company representatives to negotiate fair settlements.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to homeowners throughout the claims process.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous door to door sales experience preferred
• Experience in property claims or insurance industry is a plus
• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Empathy and compassion for homeowners dealing with property damage
• Willingness to learn and develop sales skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Effective time management skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
