Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing quality control processes, ensuring products meet specified standards, and managing a team of quality inspectors.

Daily Tasks on the Production Line (VPR: Visual Product Review for entry into Q-Cloud System)

· Start-up photos for Q-Cloud within 30 minutes of start-up, date changes, and shift changes

· Q-Cloud weight rejects every hour

· Assist Quality Control in verifying each of the following on each production line at the beginning of the shift and every ½ hour:

Other Daily Activities

· Train new QC personnel

· Conduct daily floor audit

· Participate in our daily production meeting

· Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP, s)

· Conduct safety walk

· Work closely with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions as needed

Other Daily Activities if QA is unavailable

· Attend first and second shift production meetings to communicate quality concerns and upcoming projects to other members of management

· Perform regular audits of quality control processes to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED preferred

• One (1) year or more previous warehouse experience preferred

• One (1) year or more Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) preferred

• Bilingual English/Spanish
