    Real Estate Administrative Assistant Job Description

    RDE Capital Group LLC, a leading commercial real estate brokerage based in Dallas, seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Real Estate Administrative Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the President, the selected person must be a determined, energetic, engaged, and friendly individual with a positive attitude.. We provide an environment designed to promote growth and performance. The right candidate will receive in-house training. The Real estate administrative assistants perform the responsibilities:

    Provide assistance to the real estate leasing agent in the process of handling leasing and rental activities

    Manage and screen incoming calls that are related to leasing

    Ensure that leasing agreements, and leasedocument records are well-maintained and organized

    Tracks and monitors security deposit payments

    Manages and maintains Appfolio client database

    Liaises and coordinates final move-in punch-out with the Portfolio Manager and Assistant portfolio manager to ensure a smooth resident experience.

    Real Estate Administrative Assistant Requirements

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Good decision-making skills, ability to often prioritize tasks

    Strong interpersonal skills, that enable the asssistant to interact and liaise with customers and clients and also work cooperatively with other team members

    Strong organizational skills, must efficiently and effectively keep files, folders, and schedules in a proper order

    Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to perform efficiently and effectively under pressure

    Proven-work experience in related field/position

    Education: Some college preferred
