At Reynolds EmpowerHome Team, we provide a consistent flow of pre-qualified buyer appointments—so you can focus on what you do best: helping clients buy homes and closing sales. We’re currently experiencing an overflow of motivated buyers and need-driven agents who are ready to step in, meet with clients, and convert opportunities into income. What You’ll Get • 2–3+ pre-booked buyer appointments per week1,000+ new leads generated weekly through proven systems • A dedicated inside sales team (ISA) that qualifies and schedules appointments for you • Ongoing weekly sales training & coaching to boost your conversion skills • Access to proven CRM systems and workflowsMonthly open house opportunities with assigned leadsA supportive, high-performance team environment Responsibilities: • Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the purchasing process • Build strong relationships and provide exceptional client service • Maintain consistent follow-up to nurture and convert leads • Manage your pipeline using our CRM and systems • Host open houses and convert walk-in traffic into clients • Attend weekly sales meetings and training sessions Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • Active Real Estate License (Maryland)Fluent in Spanish and English • Full-time commitment and strong work ethic • Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000+ annually commission-based
