Responsibilities: • Work with buyers and sellers throughout the real estate transaction process • Follow up with inbound leads and nurture prospects using our CRM • Conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and showings • Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from contract to close • Host open houses and attend local networking or community events • Build relationships and provide exceptional customer service Qualifications: • Active Texas Real Estate License (required or in progress) • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Self-motivated with a positive attitude • Coachable and willing to follow proven systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
