What Success Looks Like (6 months) • Consistently closing 3+ deals per month or working an active pipeline that supports that level of production with provided appointments • Strong client satisfaction and growing referral business • Demonstrated proficiency using team systems and hitting weekly/monthly KPIs • Earning $12,000 monthly in net income Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Meet with and consult prospective buyers at in-person appointments provided by the team • Guide clients through the full transaction: showings, negotiations, contracts, and closing • Build and maintain strong client relationships that generate referrals • Collaborate with transaction support to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes • Follow team systems, scripts, and productivity reporting • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to increase production Qualifications: What You’ll Bring (Must-Haves) • Active real estate license in [State] (or in-process and committed to licensing) • Bilingual: fluent English and Spanish (verbal & written) • Client-focused communication and negotiation skills • Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable to production goals • Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license; ability to attend local appointments Nice-to-Haves • Proven sales or real estate transaction history • Tech-savvy (CRM, MLS, e-signature tools) Compensation: $75,000 - $200,000 at plan earnings
