Responsibilities: • Meet with prospective homebuyers and provide expert guidance throughout the purchasing process • Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service and communication • Follow up consistently with leads to convert opportunities into successful transactions • Manage client activity, appointments, and follow-up using company CRM systems • Host open houses and engage with prospective buyers • Participate in team meetings, training programs, and coaching sessions • Negotiate contracts and advocate for clients throughout the transaction Qualifications: Preferred Skills and Experience • Active North Carolina Real Estate License • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Comfortable using CRM platforms and real estate technology • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset • Ability to work full-time and manage multiple clients effectively • Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
