Responsibilities: • What You'll Do Guide qualified homebuyers from consultation through closing Meet with buyer leads, conduct consultations, and show properties Build relationships and understand buyers’ needs, goals, and budget Prepare and negotiate offers and contracts Use proven CRM, sales, and follow-up systems Stay informed on local real estate market trends Provide exceptional service in English and Spanish Collaborate with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless client experience Qualifications: Active North Carolina Real Estate License Fluent in English and Spanish Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Confident using CRM platforms and real estate technology Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven Able to manage multiple clients and priorities in a full-time role Previous real estate sales or buyer’s agent experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
