Responsibilities: • Guide clients through the home-buying process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. • Leverage our lead generation systems to connect with potential buyers and build lasting relationships. • Conduct property showings and provide expert advice on market trends and property values. • Collaborate with team members to share insights and strategies for client success. • Negotiate offers and contracts, advocating for clients' best interests at every step. • Stay informed about local real estate market conditions and emerging trends. • Utilize bilingual skills to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, enhancing their experience and understanding of the process. Qualifications: Preferred Skills and Experience • Active North Carolina Real Estate License • Fluent in both Spanish and English • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills • Comfortable using CRM platforms and real estate technology • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset • Ability to work full-time and manage multiple clients effectively • Previous real estate sales experience is preferred but not required Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
