Position Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for visitors, managing front desk operations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to different departments. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. We’re seeking an energetic, professional, and reliable individual to join our team.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and employees in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (calls, emails, packages, etc.).
- Coordinate meetings and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Organize and prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
- Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and other clerical tasks.
- Coordinate visitor access and maintain sign-in records.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in reception or customer service.
- Fluent bilingual (English & Spanish) – required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Energetic personality and positive attitude.
- Must have consistent attendance and reliability.
