We are looking for a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Bilingual Receptionist to become the first point of contact for our customers.

Position Summary

As our Receptionist, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for every customer who contacts or visits our showroom. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously

Welcome and assist customers as they enter the showroom

Provide general information regarding products, financing, deliveries, and store services

Support the sales team with administrative and customer service tasks

Perform data entry and other computer-based administrative duties

Schedule appointments and assist with customer follow-up as needed

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area

Handle multiple priorities while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)

Previous receptionist, administrative, customer service, or retail experience preferred

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Professional telephone etiquette

Proficient with computers and able to learn new software quickly

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Positive attitude and strong work ethic
