We are looking for a high-energy and friendly person to greet and take wonderful care of clients! This is a busy work environment; you should expect that your day will be full of activities such as answering the phone, receiving and sorting mail, filing, and assisting other team members to provide a high standard of services to clients. The ideal candidate should be fluent in both Spanish and English and be eager to provide a high level of customer service with a smile. Responsibilities: • Act as a point of contact for complaints or questions from customers and respond in a timely manner • Plan office events and schedule arrangements for travel if necessary • Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events • Answering Phones and directing calls to the appropriate attorney and/or staff member • Greeting clients and ensuring that they are receiving top-notch customer service • Making copies • Ordering supplies • Light calendaring functions • Collecting and scanning mail • Tracking daily/weekly/monthly client goals of the firm • Updating Client Welcome Packets • Scheduling seminars and other firm marketing engagements Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred • Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers • Bilingual in English and Spanish • Proficiency in Microsoft Window • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel • Must be able to provide general daily/weekly/monthly reports • Self-motivated and detail-oriented • Superb communication skills–both written and verbal Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
