    Who We Are

At Snelling Staffing, we believe staffing is about people first.

We're a close-knit team that works hard, supports one another, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to both our clients and employees. Our office is collaborative and fast-paced, and while every day is different, one thing stays the same—we work together.

We're looking for someone who wants more than just a recruiting job. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted member of our team, take ownership of their work, and grow alongside our branch.

    What You'll Do

As a Full Desk Recruiter, you'll manage both recruiting and client relationships while helping support the day-to-day operations of the branch.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Recruit, interview, and onboard candidates

    • Match candidates with client openings

    • Build and maintain relationships with clients

    • Conduct business development through phone calls, emails, networking, and client visits

    • Follow up with employees and clients to ensure successful placements

    • Maintain accurate records within our ATS (Crelate)

    • Assist with payroll processing, invoicing, and administrative responsibilities

    • Help resolve employee and client concerns professionally

    • Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation

    • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure daily priorities are met

    • Responsibilities subject to change depending on business needs

    What We're Looking For

Experience in staffing is a plus—but it is not required.

We're much more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We can teach our systems and processes. We can't teach professionalism, accountability, initiative, or teamwork.

Our ideal candidate is someone who:

    • Takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do

    • Communicates confidently and professionally

    • Enjoys building relationships with people

    • Is organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks

    • Works well in a collaborative team environment

    • Is dependable and accountable

    • Remains calm under pressure

    • Has strong computer skills and is comfortable learning new software

    • Is willing to participate in a rotating on-call schedule

    • Is bilingual (English/Spanish) required

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client visits
    • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive salary based on experience

    • Bonus structure eligibility after 90 days

    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance

    • Paid Time Off after the introductory period

    • 401(k) after one year of employment

    • Ongoing training and professional development

    Why Join Our Team?

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a seat.

We're looking for someone who wants to contribute, grow professionally, and become an important part of a team that values collaboration, accountability, and taking care of one another.

If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, your work is appreciated, and no two days are the same, we'd love to meet you.

*If you made it this far, I would love for you to call our office after submitting your resume.
