    We are seeking a talented Bilingual Recruiter to join our client’s team, playing a key role in attracting and securing top talent as their organization grows. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of recruitment experience, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a strong understanding of the electrical and construction industries.

    Core Duties:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source, screen, and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for the organization.

    • Create engaging job descriptions and post openings on various job boards, social media, and industry-specific channels. Develop and implement targeted recruitment advertising campaigns.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and keep candidates engaged and informed.

    • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process. Prepare interview materials and assist with candidate evaluations.

    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand. Represent the company at job fairs, industry events, and networking functions.

    • Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires. Support the orientation and integration of new employees.

    What We're Looking For:

    • Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.

    • Proven experience in recruitment, especially within the electrical or construction industries.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

    • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

    • Experience with creating and managing job postings and recruitment campaigns.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Capability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
